Blanc de Noir "Nature" Champagne 1999

Made in the traditional French method of fermentation in the bottle, "Nature" means a totally dry style with no dosage. The Pinot flavor is crisp, the finish dry and delicious. Even the light salmon color hints at the extraordinary quality of this sparkling wine.
